First, I’d appreciate more flexibility with pricing and transaction fees for low-volume sellers like myself. Shopify’s standard transaction fees can add up quickly. Offering micro-business plans with reduced rates could help expand Shopify’s appeal for very small shops.

Second, Shopify’s reporting functionality is quite robust but can feel overwhelming. Providing some simplified preset reports and dashboards for tracking core metrics would help time-strapped business owners analyze their data more efficiently. However, these are minor tweaks. Shopify has been invaluable for starting my rug business online quickly and efficiently. I plan to stick with Shopify as my business grows for the excellent support, constant innovation, and helpful ecommerce community.
