Last updated on April 1, 2015

Weebly review 2013As 2012 draws to a close, what will 2013 bring?  A new year, a new beginning, a new website perhaps?

As the internet grew exponentially over the past decade, technology has enabled the average Joe’s and Jane’s to express themselves freely over the internet.

Whether it is in a form of a blog, online store, photography website, hobbies, it doesn’t matter.  What matters is that these are now made possible by website builders.

Weebly is one of these website building enablers.  And it’s a pretty darned good one (click here to see our opinion on Weebly).

Not only good – it’s also very simple and intuitive to use – which is a killer proposition for all levels of website building enthusiasts.

Weebly not only boasts over 12 million users, they are continuously improving its services as well.  They have a pipeline of improvements which is targeted to make website builder, even easier.

Weebly is Growing and Improving

Here are just some recent improvements, amongst many others:

  • 20+ new templates with 100+ color variations – This allows Weebly users to have a broader selection of designs to make their website beautiful
  • Drag & drop loading – no need to click “Upload Files”, and find and select a file anymore.  Just drag your image file directly into the website.  Does not sound like a massive improvement, but believe me, it’s a life saver if you have multiple images to upload.
  • Page Layout selection tool – one of the really awesome things about Weebly is that they allow you to have multiple different page layouts, so that your website pages can have its own unique layout design.  The tool allows you to click into a drop down bar and designate a specific page with a page layout right before your eyes.  It’s a huge time saver, when compared to before.

So Weebly is continuously making its users life easier – which is something you should definitely consider if you are still contemplating over which website builder to use in the new year.

How You Should Decide

Given all the new year resolutions you may have, picking the easiest website builder, that comes packed with a lot of advanced website building tools, will help get you on your way – to accomplishing your new goals as painlessly as possible, and as easy as possible.

Also keep in mind that Weebly is a free website builder, with an option to upgrade.  So why not give it a try?

Weebly is already simple and intuitive to use, and based on past improvements, it will be even easier to use in the future.
