What sort of design options do you prefer?

I'm not good at design or coding, so I just want to choose a professional looking template & use it right away without too much customization. I want some design control over my template. I can code a tiny bit, so some minor customization work won't scare me. I'm pretty good with HTML/CSS codes, so I want access to the template codes so I can customize my design. I want the ability to hire a designer to customize my site for me (have access to HTML/CSS codes), or the ability to buy a premium template from a template creator.
