It’s officially summer, which means businesses are entering a new season for selling and customers are getting ready for the holidays and warmer weather. And June brings with it a host of events for the marketing calendar, including Pride Month and Father’s Day, so now’s not the time to be slowing down.

I’ve searched the web for the hottest trending products to sell in June, using keyword insights, market research, and popular platforms, like TikTok.

1. Bathrobes

The summer months can be busy periods for many of us, which is why it’s important to carve out some time to relax – with a comfy bathrobe. Searches for bathrobes have increased by 100% on TikTok in the last week. More specifically, searches for “luxury towelling bathrobe” are trending up by 1,500%. With the wellness industry expected to reach nearly $9 trillion by 2028, businesses operating in this space should make a note of this trending product for June.

Top Tip 💡

If you have a strong brand identity, make sure this is reflected in your bath robes. This could be reflected by the color scheme of the robe, or more subtly with a logo on the label or on the robe directly.

2. Travel Organizers

Travel organizers are a versatile product, useful for your next holiday getaway or for bringing order to your day-to-day bag. My research has shown that makeup organizers and packing cubes are particularly hot products to cash in on right now. In the US, “packing cubes” has a search volume of 74,000, with the term “packing cubes for clothes” trending +9,329%. And, searches for “travel organizer makeup” has risen by +9,900% over the past 12 months.

Top Tip 💡

If you’re a beauty business, I recommend offering extra practical items to your customers, such as makeup organizers and travel bags. That way, customers can get storage for their beauty and makeup products as they’re stocking up on supplies, all from the same store.

3. Outdoor Furniture

Summer is here, which means it’s the season for BBQs, sunbathing, and enjoying the outdoors. If your business sells furniture, consider what you can add to a customer’s yard. For example, patio umbrellas and outdoor sofas have seen a 25% and 50% upward trend on TikTok, respectively. And sales for outdoor swing chairs have risen by 171%, according to Shopify.

From my additional research, searches for “outdoor lawn furniture” have grown by +18,713%, and searches for “contemporary garden furniture” are trending up by +73,900%!

Top Tip 💡

Outdoor furniture can be large, so it can be worth using a US dropshipping supplier to eliminate your need to store or ship sizable goods yourself.

4. Walking Pads

It’s important to get your steps in each day, and interest in walking pads has grown by 98% since 2024. They’re great to put under desks, or pop in front of the TV, adding extra movement to your day to keep you active. According to Exploding Topics, searches for “walking pads” are trending up by 1,567%. And, in the US, searches for “portable treadmill walking pad” have risen by +2,500%.

Top Tip 💡

If you want to cater to a customer’s potential needs, you could cross-sell by offering related products, in addition to walking pads. For example, fitness clothes, water bottles, and trainers will be needed, and some customers might want to buy all of the items together.

5. Bath Mats

Bath mats are a pretty essential item for shoppers looking to kit out their bathrooms. The term “bath mats” has seen growing interest on TikTok. And, searches for “fast drying bath mat” and “bath mat stone” are trending up by +14,400% and +1,608%, respectively. Different materials, such as stone, wood, and cotton, provide varied levels of comfort, absorption, and anti-slip. Customers will have different preferences, so I recommend adding a variety of styles to your store.

Top Tip 💡

Consider offering bath mats to match the season. For example, pastels and bright colors are great for summer! Or, you could use relevant designs, such as flowers, the sun, and beach-related imagery.
