It’s one of many Wix AI features; you can access the feature for free from your Wix account. Astro supports Wix users and merchants 24/7, whether you need help completing a task (such as adding a product to your inventory) or simply need to find your SEO settings. How To Access Wix Astro in Your Dashboard
You can find Astro in the top right of your Wix dashboard. It’s marked by a blue button that says “AI” with two blue sparkles. Once you click on this box, a chat will appear on the right side of your screen. Astro introduces itself with a simple message and will ask how it can assist you.
There’s a text box at the bottom of this chat where you can ask your question or make a request using natural language. Alternatively, you can click the microphone button in the box if you want to verbally chat to Astro instead.
Astro is only accessible from the Wix dashboard, not from the editor or when using Wix’s AI website builder. The same blue sparkle button appears in the editor, but it’ll direct you to other AI tools that specifically help with designing a website, such as the AI theme assistant or AI text creator.

Astro is free on all Wix plans, including the $0 free forever plan. Pricing ranges from $17 to $159 per month (billed annually), which I’ve broken down below:

Astro doesn’t replace Wix’s existing customer service channels, but it’s a mighty addition to the team. Whether you’re looking to build an online store for the first time, better monitor your site’s performance, or install the right app on your Wix site, Astro’s guidance is personalized to your needs.
